How do I place an order?
You can order using the shopping basket facility in the online store, which will allow you to pay online securely through Paypal.
If you choose to pay online via Paypal once you checkout you will be directed to the secure Paypal site to complete your payment. You will then be re-directed back to Fluffy Lingerie for confirmation that your order has been placed.
How quick do you ship the goods out?
Many of the items on the website are in stock and ready for despatch, and they will normally be posted out within 1-2 working days if you pay by Paypal .
Currency?
All prices quoted in the online store are in UK pounds (also known as Sterling or GBP)
What about refunds/exchanges?
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel the contract, please contact us as soon as possible by email with details of your order. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If we have already despatched your order, subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were despatched, unworn, in the original packaging and with all tags attached, within 7 days, a refund for the purchase costs will be arranged. However, the refund will not include the postage costs. Please contact us by email for details of where to send your parcel to.
You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items. Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. Please wrap the items securely. For your own security, we advise that you obtain a Certificate of Posting (free) from the Post Office. This will cover up to £32 in the event of loss or damage. For higher values, the appropriate Special Delivery Service should be used.
