Shipping Information
All products will be shipped in discreet packaging using a recorded (to be signed for) mail service, and will only be shipped once your payment has cleared.
Stock items usually take up to 5 working days for your order to arrive with you. Items not in stock will be placed on back order and leadtime usually takes up to 10 working days. Any delays will be relayed back to you via email.
Shipping Charges
UK deliveries are free when spending over £40.
UK deliveries under £40 will be charged £3.99 postage & packing.
Non UK deliveries will be charged £8 for the first item & £2 for each extra item. Please be aware that for any heavy items ordered (over 2kg) shipping costs to the destination country will need to be calculated and extra shipping charges may apply.

Back orders and split deliveries
If there has been a manufacturing delay or a product has been out of stock on your order for 12 days, then we are happy to split or back order part of your order. Usually, you would not be expected to pay for the second delivery on your order, although, you must be aware that if the product despatches directly from the factory we would request that you pay, as the courier would not have been arranged by us.
Exchanges and Faulty Items
If you return an item for an exchange, then re-delivery charges will apply. If you return an item for an exchange, due to the item being faulty, we will be happy to pay the re-delivery charges. If you return an item claiming it to be faulty, then on inspection the item appears fine, then the re-delivery charges will apply.
Returns Policy
You have the right to return/exchange any items.
If we suspect that the items have been used/worn then we reserve the right to return the goods without issuing you with a refund. Please aim to return the item in the condition that it was delivered to you and in the original packaging.

Cancellations
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days.
If you cancel an order after the item has been despatched, we cannot refund the delivery charge.
If you have failed to collect the package from the Royal Mail/Courier and it is retuned to us and then you cancel your order, additional courier charges will be payable by us and we will have to deduct these from your refund.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel should not arrive within 15 days please contact us and we will happily track the package for you.
